1. 适用范围

这些条款适用于 Whyeung Digital LLC（下称“我们”）提供的 Tab Atlas Chrome 扩展、tabatlas.app 网站和 Tab Atlas 账号。使用 Tab Atlas 即表示你同意这些条款。

2. 服务内容

Tab Atlas 用 AI 整理浏览器标签、生成摘要和清理建议。标为“测试中”的功能（iPhone App、AI 助手）可能随时调整或下线。

3. 账号

请保管好你的密码，不要和别人共用账号。如果账号被用来滥用服务，我们可以暂停或关闭它。

4. 额度和订阅

新账号可免费体验少量几次完整功能。体验额度只能在 Tab Atlas 里使用，不能提现或转让。
Pro 每月 $4.99，可获得充足的使用额度。每次续费付款成功后额度重新计算，没用完的部分不累积。
Pro 每月自动续费，直到你取消。取消方法：用注册邮箱发邮件到 [email protected]。取消后，本月已付费的 Pro 照常可用，到期后不再扣费。
退款：待定。
价格调整会提前通知；已付费的当期不受影响。

5. 使用规则

不得把 Tab Atlas 用于违法用途，不得绕过额度限制，不得转售或批量滥用 AI 服务。

6. AI 生成的内容

分组、摘要和清理建议由 AI 生成，可能出错。重要信息请以原网页为准。整理前的备份和撤销功能可以帮你恢复，但请不要把 Tab Atlas 当作唯一的备份。

7. 你的内容

你发送给 Tab Atlas 的内容仍归你所有。你允许我们为提供服务处理这些内容，具体见隐私政策。

8. 服务按现状提供

在法律允许的范围内，Tab Atlas 按现状提供，不保证不中断或没有错误。我们可以修改或停止部分功能。

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，我们对你的全部责任，以你在过去 12 个月里付给我们的金额为上限。

10. 终止

你可以随时注销账号。如果你违反这些条款，我们可以终止你的账号。

Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms cover the Tab Atlas Chrome extension, the tabatlas.app website and Tab Atlas accounts, provided by Whyeung Digital LLC ("we"). By using Tab Atlas you agree to them.

2. The service

Tab Atlas uses AI to organize browser tabs and to write summaries and cleanup suggestions. Features marked "in testing" (the iPhone app and AI agents) may change or be removed at any time.

3. Your account

Keep your password safe and do not share your account. If an account is used to abuse the service, we may suspend or close it.

4. Credit and subscription

New accounts can try all features a few times for free. It can only be used in Tab Atlas and cannot be cashed out or transferred.
Pro costs $4.99 per month and provides ample usage credit. The allowance resets after each successful renewal payment; unused allowance does not carry over.
Pro renews every month until you cancel. To cancel, email [email protected] from your account email. Pro stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and then billing stops.
Refunds: TBD.
We announce price changes in advance; a period you already paid for is not affected.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Tab Atlas for anything illegal, do not work around credit limits, and do not resell or mass-abuse the AI service.

6. AI output

Groupings, summaries and cleanup suggestions come from AI and can be wrong. Check important information against the original page. Backups and Undo help you recover, but do not rely on Tab Atlas as your only backup.

7. Your content

Content you send through Tab Atlas stays yours. You allow us to process it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.

8. Service as is

To the extent the law allows, Tab Atlas is provided as is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop parts of it.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time. If you break these terms, we may close your account.
